We know you have a lot of planning to do and your time is precious – also, there’s cuddling to be had! And Netflix binging to be done! 😉

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
A: Photography coverage ranges from 850 – 3000. Videography services ranges from 500 – 850.00. Contact us for more detailed info!
Q: HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE DO YOU OFFER?
A: This depends on your day! Do you want getting ready photos of both of you? Want to have a first look? Do you have multiple venues? Are you keeping it intimate and having simple ceremony with only close family and friends? (that’s what we did) Basically it depends on your wedding day plans – let us help you figure out just how much coverage you will need.
Q: IS A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGES?
A: Yes! Most times it will be Diego and Vanessa but if you book Diego for video services another super awesome photographer will be hired as a second shooter.
Q: ARE ALL OF YOUR PHOTOS EDITED?
A: Yes! Vanessa takes care of all the editing of your photos.
Q: WILL THE IMAGES WE RECEIVE BE HIGH RESOLUTION?
A: Yes again! You will receive high res jpegs – great quality for prints or canvases.
Q: HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE GET?
A: This can vary from wedding to wedding and depends on how much action is going on (we don’t think you want photos of your guests with food in their mouths lol) but you can expect an average of about 50-100 photos per hour we’re booked for.
Q: CAN WE PRINT OUR IMAGES WHEREVER WE LIKE?
A: Yes! Once your images are ready feel free to download them and take them wherever you like to get them printed. You will also have the option to purchase prints and canvases directly from within your gallery from a leading print lab that has amazing quality – it’s an easy peasy process that will give you fantastic prints!
Q: DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS?
A: Yes we do! Pricing can vary based on options chosen (such size and number of pages). Most of our couples opt to purchase an album after their wedding – a good way to spend some of those gifted envelopes of money you may receive 😉
Q: WHAT IS A HIGHLIGHT VIDEO?
A: A Highlight Video is a 5-7 minute film that is set to music. This will feature clips of the most important parts of your wedding day. See an example here!
Note: It will not feature moments in their entirety (for example, you may have a first look with each other – your video will show 20 seconds of it even though it lasted 10 minutes.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR CEREMONY ONLY VIDEO COVERAGE?
A: Ceremony Only Coverage will film your wedding ceremony from beginning to end with audio recorded – an awesome option to have to relive your vows exactly how they happened! See an example here!
Q: WHAT IS YOUR VIDEO PACKAGE?
A: Our Video Package includes both the Highlight Reel & the Ceremony coverage.
Q: WHAT TYPE OF MUSIC DO YOU USE FOR VIDEOS?
A: Music is selected based on the feel of your video. We buy licensing rights to songs through various websites and these are usually instrumental or original songs from some talented artists!
Note: Unfortunately we cannot use music from most popular artists. Sorry, but Ed Sheeran probably isn’t going to sell the rights or give permission to use his songs for wedding videos 🙁
Q: CAN WE RECEIVE THE RAW FOOTAGE FOR VIDEO?
A: If you book us for Complete Video Coverage (Full Ceremony and a Highlight Reel) we can definitely provide the RAW video footage of the important parts of the day. This includes moments such as the toasts, first dances, bouquet toss, etc.
Note: Pease keep in mind since it will be RAW unedited footage the audio captured will not be guaranteed to be professionally captured.
Q: HOW LONG UNTIL WE GET OUR IMAGES AND/OR VIDEO?
A: Your photos and/or video will be available to download within 30 days of your wedding date!
Q: HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS AND/OR VIDEO?
A: Once your images are ready you will receive a link to a gallery of your wedding. From your gallery you’ll have the option to download and save your photo and/or video to your computer. You can also share that link with your friends and family so they can view and download them as well!
We’ll store your images on our site for one year after your wedding date but we highly recommend you create backups for yourself (online storage, flash drive, etc.).
Q: DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE?
A: Of course! If your venue requires a certificate be sent to them just let us know so we can get that over to them ASAP!
Q: WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
A: For photography we use professional Nikon cameras and lenses. For videography we use Sony & Panasonic cameras. We also use a variety of other gear to capture some great images for you such as off camera flashes and light modifiers.
Q: DO YOU TRAVEL?
A: Yep! We’re Florida based wedding photographers but are willing to travel! Want to take us to some magical, far away lands? Contact us to discuss your plans!
Q: CAN WE MEET UP?
A: Want to meet up over coffee (or a beer) and live in Orlando? -Totally doable! If we’re not close to you we can also do a Skype session. We can discuss your wedding day, demonstrate gallery delivery or just talk about some bad ass movies or video games that are coming out 😀
Q: HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
A: Based on the coverage you’re choosing a 25% retainer of your total balance is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is not due until 30 days before your wedding/event. If you prefer to have a payment schedule set up we can work one out that meets your needs.
Q: HOW DO WE PAY YOU?
A: Cash, check, or credit card – whichever is most convenient for you! To make things easier, we can send you a link to make credit card payments online.
Q: HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
A: Easy! Here is how the process works:
- Contact us through our online form.
- We respond.
- We’ll discuss your wedding day details over email or phone call.
- We send you an agreement online which you can sign electronically and pay a 25% retainer (based on the coverage you’re choosing)
- You have an amazing wedding and we capture the memories of your awesome day!
